Shipping Information

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days after payment has been confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

If you have any special delivery requests, please leave a note when placing your order.

Important Notes

• Delivery dates and time slots cannot be specified due to courier service limitations.
• Once an order has been processed for shipment, the delivery address cannot be changed.
• Evening delivery service is currently unavailable.
• During peak seasons and major holidays (such as Lunar New Year, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, Double 11, and Double 12), delivery times may be delayed due to increased shipping volume.

Please ensure that both the purchaser's contact information and recipient's shipping information are accurate before submitting an order. Any additional costs or delays resulting from incorrect information shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping Fees

• Free shipping on orders of NT$1,200 or above (single package not exceeding 20 kg).
• Orders below NT$1,200 will incur a shipping and handling fee of NT$150.

Notes

• The free shipping threshold is calculated after discounts, coupons, and store credits have been applied.
• If the final order amount falls below NT$1,200 after discounts, a shipping and handling fee of NT$150 will apply.
• We currently only provide delivery services to addresses within Taiwan.

Returns& Refunds

If you receive a product with damaged packaging or any shipping-related issues, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will review the situation and assist you with the return or exchange process as soon as possible.

In accordance with Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, online purchases are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period. Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging materials, gifts, accessories, documents, and related items.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return.

If a partial return causes the remaining order amount to fall below the free shipping threshold, a shipping and handling fee of NT$150 will be deducted from the refund amount.
